ADMIN ASSISTANT
The Admin Assistant’s main function is to serve the administrative needs of the office in general, such as but not limited to clerical and office works in the areas of procurement, warehousing, logistics, operations as well as general administration.
BIM MODELER
Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems using software like Revit or ArchiCAD, ensuring coordination across disciplines, conducting clash detection, resolving design conflicts, collaborating with teams, training junior staff, supporting best practices, and presenting models to clients for review and approval.
DESIGN ARCHITECT
Create innovative architectural designs, ensure compliance with regulations, produce visual presentations, oversee technical details, maintain client relationships, address goals, mitigate risks, and monitor project progress.
